Is there any path for uploading projects in bulk or triggering the creation of a project as soon as an issue gets reported on a new URL?

Add a simple folder system for organizing projects. Users could create folders and move projects into them — similar to how Webflow handles project organization. --- Use Case Many teams manage 30+ active projects , which makes the current project list hard to navigate. Folders would help group related projects together (e.g., by client, department, or website). Having permissions at the folder level would make it easier to share access with specific people or teams without editing each project individually. --- Why It Matters This would make managing multiple projects cleaner, faster to navigate, and easier to collaborate on — especially for larger teams.

We are considering the following feature: Feature Overview Let users create reusable project templates in Marker.io . Templates would include common settings like: Widget color and placement Feedback status options Option to turn off feedback comments Default assignee based on issue type Extra issue types and required fields Notification settings Member/guest form preferences Issue types Use Case A lot of users set up many similar projects. Right now, they have to redo the same settings over and over. Templates would save time and help avoid small setup mistakes. Additional Notes Some users also asked to clone entire projects , with or without feedback settings. This would give even more flexibility for teams who work on lots of projects at once.

Import issues into Marker.io from other tools

There are no instructional videos available for customers, which makes it difficult for them to understand how to use the program. Providing clear and concise instructional videos would help customers learn how to use the program effectively without feeling overwhelmed.

Marker.io is used by our team and our clients. We receive issues from both of them. We are also using the different issue types. It results in the Issues open tab to be a mess. The filter is not always working fine (showing improvements in the bug filter) and it is not kept, a refresh and the filtering is gone. It could be create to create our own views in tabs based on our filters. For a quick work around, it could already be interesting to have 2 available views : bugs and improvements.

We currently have an invite link we can share on the account-wide level to Members. Can a project-level invite for guests be considered? Also would prevent the need for the Marker.io invitation email to be sent to guests.

Feature Overview: Add the ability to manage email notifications on a per-project basis, instead of only at the workspace level. Allow customization of email notifications for individual projects, so teams can decide whether reporters receive notifications for specific projects. Use Case: Right now, email notifications can only be turned off or on at the workspace level, which impacts all projects. This new feature would give teams more flexibility to manage notifications based on the needs of each project. Benefits: Teams can tailor notifications depending on the project's nature, reducing unnecessary emails for reporters in less critical projects.

Currently, the thumbnail for each project can be changed by uploading a new image. The initial project thumbnail image is a snapshot of the website on which issues are being reported. Proposed Feature Option to update the image automatically or manually: Automatic Refresh : The project thumbnail could periodically update to reflect any changes made to the website. Manual Refresh Option : Alternatively, include a "Refresh" button under the thumbnail. Clicking this button should update the thumbnail to match the current state of the website.
