Each time your users submit a bug or feedback, you will be able to rewind time and watch what occurred that led up to that point. Session Replay will allow you to answer questions like:

One quick question:

We plan to allow admins to enable/disable the session replay feature. Do you prefer the toggle switch inside each project (project-level setting)? Or only 1 switch at the workspace-level in the account settings? And why?

PS: To keep things simple, we can only build one of the 2 options. Pick wisely :)

+1 for Rob Widdicks comment about privacy, I'd want to have this interact with Segment's consent management tool in the long run.

For right now, our Marker.io is effectively only visible to our internal team, so not a particularly big issue for us.

I love this, but there will be privacy concerns. We only use this on dev sites anyways so people know not to use real data... but for those who implement this on live sites, there should be additional layer of caution pertaining to inputs.
