When linking to GitHub allow the designation of a label to be added when issues are created. (For example "client submitted") or otherwise.

Mitchel Sellers: You can already add labels to your feedback in the form configurator by adding a preset value and hiding the field like that.

Can you confirm that this is what you're looking to do?

Gary Gaspar: Ok, I did not see this. How long does it take if a new label was added to appear

Mitchel Sellers: Less than a couple of minutes, but make sure to reload. Also, you might want to use search if this field allows for it.
