Create an invite link for guests

We currently have an invite link we can share on the account-wide level to Members. Can a project-level invite for guests be considered?
Also would prevent the need for the Marker.io invitation email to be sent to guests.

Sending a guest link creates the path of least resistance. With multiple reviewers, it can delay the process so a guest link is best.
It would nice if guests had the option to sign in case they want to see feedback.

We prefer to send the link via email and don't want to send two emails to our clients. This feature would be amazing!
