Sometimes teams need to submit more detailed requests. This feature would allow users to attach structured content, formatted text, and assets like checklists, screenshots, spreadsheets, and design files.
Use Cases
- New Webpage Requests – Attach documents, wireframes, and content documents.
- Major Website Changes – Submit multiple screenshots, formatted text, and supporting files.
- Design & UX Feedback – Upload design files, wireframes, and annotations for UI updates.
- Content & Marketing Requests – Share text content, landing page mockups, or brand assets.
- Feature & Product Feedback – Submit ideas with competitor examples, mockups, and descriptions.

It would be great to enable this and avoid multiple tickets being created. At times this causes clients frustration.
