Enhanced Column Customization in Feedback Portal
Objective:
To enable the addition of customizable columns in the Marker.io feedback portal, tailored to various integrations such as Asana, Trello, etc. Suggested columns include:
- Priority
- Tags (for Asana integration)
- Labels (for Trello integration)
- Assignee (to identify responsible developers)
- Most Recent Activity (to sort feedback by the latest updates)

- Search by Email:
- Enable users to locate feedback from a specific user by searching with their email address.
- Filter by User Type:
- Differentiate feedback from invited and non-invited users for better organization and prioritization.
- Filter by Page URL:
- Add the ability to filter feedback by page URL, in addition to the current search functionality.
- Search within Comments/Conversations:
- Allow users to search within the history of comments and conversations to trace specific discussions or track the evolution of feedback.
- Improve Keyword Search:
- Enhance the search functionality to ensure accurate results for specific terms, such as "UAT-276" or "276."
- Search by Gitlab Ticket ID/Numbers:
- Add the capability to search for tickets based on Gitlab ticket ID/numbers, which are already displayed in Marker, to streamline finding and linking relevant tickets.

Group feedback by type or department

When tickets come in from clients they will need to be routed to different departments for handling. Development, Account Manangment, Billing, ect..
I would like to either create my own categories to group tasks by department or type for better management

Include priority field within Marker feedback page

It would be very useful if there was a priority field within Marker. Currently we use a priority field on our feedback widget, which feeds into our PM tool (Linear), but clients have no way of seeing the priorities of the various tickets reflected in Marker.

Do you use any PM tool? You could easily add a label field and manage your department with a label. Does that make sense?
